So… it’s been a helluva last six years. There’s been a global pandemic, but on a more personal level, it’s also been pretty rough. Suffice to say, I haven’t written a story in six years, and I’ve barely drawn any art – but I have created a LOT of Stardew Valley content.
My Stardew journey began in 2019, as noted in my previous entry. Since then I have written, and published, 15 mods: ranging from a black cat pet retexture to a 22+ character expansion. I’ve also played well over 4000 hours of the game.
I’m not sure what 2026 will hold for me, creatively. The Animal-A-Day Project pretty much burned me out artistically, and the world in general has rather worn me down. I still have a number of ideas, but I am, as they say, rather lacking in the spoons to do them.
What I have done, however, is commissioned people to make far lovelier art for my beloved Jasper.
